Peabody Attends FRPA Reception in Washington DC

Last night, the Peabody team had the honor of meeting Mayor Muriel Bowser at the FRPA Reception in Washington, D.C.. The Federal Real Property Association (FRPA) is a non-profit community of Federal property asset managers and real estate professionals that work together to solve multi-faceted asset management and workplace challenges.

During the event, Mayor Bowser spoke on the rise in office spaces in D.C.’s business district, the approaching post-pandemic reality, initiatives to increase the velocity of workers returning to the office, and the hope for vitality within D.C.’s CRE and federal real property sectors to return and soar permanently.
