Peabody Office, the first office furniture dealership in the Northeast, is looking for a marketing intern/co-op with good working knowledge on graphic design and digital marketing to assist our marketing department and the bid team through a 6 month co-op program. This is a fantastic opportunity to practice real-life marketing applications, observe and learn business problem solving skills, and experience cross-team operation process management.

• Technical Requirement:
  
  Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  
  Experience with Canva / CAPCUT and/or other equivalent video editing software
  
  Experience with Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator preferred, although basic training will be available throughout the program.

• Range of Responsibilities:
  
  This candidate is expected to assist the marketing team and bid team in their day-to-day operations, responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  
  Preparing bid documents/packages for the sales team
  
  Creating digital content to support the ongoing digital marketing needs across different social media platforms (company website, Instagram, LinkedIn and e-mail campaigns)
  
  Maintaining and managing all marketing assets
  
  Proofreading/editing/updating marketing and sales material as requested
  
  Entering, cleaning customer data and conducting basic analysis as needed and requested
  
  Creating/preparing presentations, handouts and other necessary digital & print materials to support the Sales team as needed

• Our Boston headquarters is located at a premium location in the Financial District, and is very accessible by public transportation

• This posting is for the July - December 2024 Co-Op cycle. In general we are pretty flexible with the start/end dates.
