The Project Manager is responsible for providing clients with a high level of quality service including, but not limited to: attention to detail, problem resolution, and seamless coordination of all Peabody and other vendor services. In addition, he or she is responsible for the timely coordination and completion of assigned projects to the customer's satisfaction.

Design Services

Our Design group is primarily responsible for space planning and specification, as well as client support of all aspects of the project from conception to as-built drawings. The group acts as a consultant to both clients and the sales team.

Architectural and Design Team

The Architectural & Design Business Development team is responsible for developing relationships and supporting new and existing business efforts within this community. The team assists in projects aligned with A&D by providing product selection options, pricing, presentations to designers and facilitating tours.

Consulting Services

Peabody is aligned with industry experts that can provide our customers with value-added services in the areas of ergonomics, workplace strategies, change management, environmental concerns, finance, real estate and technology as it relates to our core competencies of procurement and management of workplace furnishings.

Technology Support

We are committed to leveraging our web site, e-mail, and other electronic capabilities to enhance and support client relationships at all phases of a project. Access to the latest information, be it project status, inventory, product details or your company standards will be provided in form when you need it.

Rental Program

Our rental program offers a wide choice of quality products and design solutions to meet various budgetary needs. If your temporary needs become permanent, our purchase option gives you the flexibility to try out our products before you buy.

Asset/Storage Program

We have the ability to accommodate all of your storage needs. We will provide inventory records for your company by building location, floor, office, and department. Accurate updates of your inventory database as new products are delivered and installed will be provided as needed.

Service Department

Our service technicians are available within 24 hours of your request for service. They are experts in chair repairs, furniture refinishing and day-to-day care maintenance of your office furniture.

Intermarket Program

Our intermarket program, a network of long-standing partnerships that we have cultivated with other dealers, installation companies and service firms, allows us to service your office needs anywhere across the United States or abroad.
