Lester learned the office furniture business from his father, Lorenzo. Soon he moved into the growing office furniture business, focusing on always putting the “customer first.” Lester carried on his father’s business philosophy and lead the firm through the Great Depression, World War II and into the modern era.
For more than 70 years, Lester set the standard of excellence for his company, steadily growing Peabody Office into a Boston tradition and one of New England’s most prominent office furniture dealers.
Jonathan was Chairman of Peabody Office where he was the third generation of his family to work in the office furniture business. He was very proud to see his sons continue the tradition of providing quality office furniture to many businesses along the east coast and beyond.
